Nina Greeley

Nina Greeley, a California born adoptee, is an attorney working in San Francisco. She received her JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1998. Prior to entering the legal world, she earned her BA in English from Brown University and her MA in English from UCLA, while she taught. Nina worked for Heller Ehrman from 1998 - 2002. She served as counsel for California Open from 1999 - 2018.

Joseph Wood

Joseph Wood is a founding partner of the San Francisco law firm Hennefer, Finley & Wood, LLP. He received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley in 1981. He earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and Master's Degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Wisconsin. Joe is currently a PhD candidate in Buddhist Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. He served as counsel for California Open from 1999 - 2018.

Jean Uhrich

Jean Uhrich, an adoptee, graduated from Bella Vista High School in Sacramento County, and is a graduate of San Diego State University. With a degree in social work, her services focused on children and their families. Fervent in her desire to support adoption and bring truth to the families of adoption, Jean served on the Executive Committee of Alabama's AWARE, which reopened birth records to Alabama adoptees through HB 690 in 2000. She served nationally on the Bastard Nation Legislative Committee from 2002 - 2004. Jean joined California Open in 1999 and served as Chair from 2000 - 2014.

Imogene Speed

Imogene Speed is an adoptive mother of a California born son. She is a graduate of Biggs High School, in Butte County. Imogene was employed with Wells Fargo Bank where her responsibilities included: bookkeeping, teller, note department clerk, operations supervisor, credit officer, asst. branch manager, then branch manager for 14 years. After 34 years, Imogene retired from Wells Fargo and remains active in the Sacramento Chapter of the Wells Fargo Retiree's Club. Imogene is past President and Life Member of the Soroptimist Club. She joined California Open in 2000.
